Health Care Rock Climbing Social
June 14th, 2010 by Ryan
When: Thurs June 24 at 1 pm
Where: The Rock Oasis,
27 Bathurst Street, Toronto
For: You and your non-Christian coworkers/friends in health care
What to expect: There will not be any formal discussion about Christianity or the gospel. This informal social event is an opportunity for you to get to know your colleagues better and introduce them to other Christians in health care. It’s also a chance to start opening up with your coworkers about your personal life and beliefs.
People of all skill/experience levels are welcome! There will be a lesson for new climbers.
What to wear: Climbers wear regular gym clothing: shorts or tights and a t-shirt. During cooler weather a sweat shirt layer may be useful during the lesson. Bring thin socks to wear in the climbing shoes.
Cost: $35 for each new climber (includes lesson and rental gear); If you have your own gear it is $15 just to climb.
RSVP: to Brittany by June 20 so that we can make reservations. Please indicate whether you are a beginner, so that we can make reservations for the lesson.
