Membership

At Grace Toronto, membership is understood in two ways: as a family and as a covenant relationship. Becoming a member at Grace is entering into covenant with fellow members. God’s relations with humanity are always done under the architecture of a covenant, where promises are made and mutual conditions and obligations are spelled out. At Grace Toronto, that is exactly what entering membership means. It means that you believe the promises of the gospel and that you are entering into covenant to uphold the peace and purity of the church. Members have a responsibility to one another, as a family, to work together for the health and strength of the family as whole.
